Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are children under 18 allowed on the premises?
A: With regards to minors, we ask them to vacate by no later than 9pm – all minors must be accompanied by their own parent or legal guardian at all times.

Q: Is there an ATM, eftpos and pay pass facilities at the venue?
A: Yes, to all three.

Q: Can we bring our own decorations/photo boards?
A: Yes, but please just use blue tack when putting everything on walls.

Q: Can you assist me with decorations, DJ bookings, trivia, marriage celebrants, duos etc.
A: Yes, we can! Our team has booked every style of function over many years no request is too hard or too big – just ask!

Q: Can we setup our function outside of our function hours?
A: Yes, please just let us know what time you would like to do this and we will ensure we can accommodate.

Q: Can we bring a birthday cake?
A: Yes, you are welcome to bring your own birthday cake.

Q: Can I specify what drinks I want to make available to my guests at my function?
A: Yes, simply let us know what drinks your would like to make available to your guests prior to your function and we will ensure that your request will be honoured throughout your function.
